1. General Policy

At LANGKAWI SUNSET CRUISE, we strive to provide every guest with a safe, enjoyable, and unforgettable experience on our cruises and water activities.
Due to the nature of our services — which require advance arrangements, crew preparation, and safety measures — all bookings are final and non-refundable.

2. No Refund Policy

Once a booking is confirmed and payment is made, we do not accept cancellations, refunds, or date changes, except under circumstances where the trip is cancelled by us due to safety concerns (e.g., severe weather, government restrictions, or operational issues).

Our team ensures that every cruise and activity is prepared with full attention to safety, comfort, and readiness before your arrival. Therefore, refunds cannot be offered for:

• Change of mind or personal reasons (including illness, missed flights, or travel delays)

• Late arrivals or no-shows

• Unused portions of activities

3. Weather or Safety-Related Cancellations

In the event of unsafe weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control, LANGKAWI SUNSET CRUISE reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the activity for your safety.

• If rescheduling is not possible, we may offer a credit voucher to be used for a future booking within 6 months.

• Cash refunds will not be issued.
