2. Booking and Payment

• All bookings must be made in advance through our website, official partners, or authorized representatives.

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.

• Prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are subject to change without prior notice.

• Once payment is confirmed, you will receive an official booking confirmation via email or WhatsApp.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• All bookings are non-refundable.

• We do not accept cancellations or date changes once a booking is confirmed, as all arrangements, safety preparations, and crew schedules are set in advance.

• In case of bad weather, government restrictions, or unforeseen safety concerns, LANGKAWI SUNSET CRUISE reserves the right to reschedule the trip or issue a credit voucher valid for future use within 6 months.

• No refund or compensation will be provided for personal cancellations, missed departures, or late arrivals.

• All passengers must follow the instructions provided by the captain and crew at all times.

• Life jackets are provided and must be worn during water activities or as instructed by the crew.

• Passengers participate in all activities at their own risk. LANGKAWI SUNSET CRUISE shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or death resulting from non-compliance with safety rules or reckless behavior.

• We are not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings during the trip.

5. Weather Conditions

The sea and weather conditions can change unexpectedly. If the captain or management determines that it is unsafe to proceed, the trip may be delayed, rescheduled, or cancelled.
Your safety is our top priority, and all decisions made by the crew are final.

Failure to comply with these terms may result in refusal of service without refund.
